What was your life like before you were adopted?
I was adopted when I was 4 yrs old, and I do remember the day I came over to America. However, I don’t remember anything before then. My papers state that I was abandoned as an infant. I was found and put into an orphanage, and they guessed my age to be about 6 mths. So, I don’t even know my real birthday or would never be able to find out who my biological parents are. Life Change
I was born and raised in a Christian home. My family was always very involved in church activities and my parents lived their Christian life and values at home, as well as, in the church.
Unfortunately, as a teenager I made wrong choices in friends and ended up as a rebellious teen, out to please myself and no one else. That went on until I was married. I hurt my parents deeply through my lifestyle choices, for which I will always regret.

True Worship
I became a Christian in high school. I came from a family that never went to church, and I knew almost nothing about Christianity, and had no real interest in spiritual matters. But there was a girl in my study hall that used to read her Bible. I thought it was odd, so I asked her about it. She invited me to a non-denominational fellowship in Richmond called The Huguenot House. A few weeks later at a Thursday night Bible study, I prayed to invite Christ into my life.
